Personal Electric Scooters
Players may bring a factory-built electric scooter or similar vehicle intended for golf use. Please always check with the office before arrival.
Equipment Rental
Golf equipment can be rented on the first floor during Golfstore opening hours.
Buggy Rental
Buggies (golf carts) may be rented by anyone aged 18 years or older who holds a valid driver’s licence.
Buggies must be booked through GolfBox when reserving your tee time.

Pay & Play green fees must be paid at the touchscreen marked “Green Fee.”
Children aged 4 years or younger play free of charge when accompanied by an adult member of Breinholtgård Golf Club.

During Golfstore opening hours, payment can be made in the shop. Outside opening hours, payment must be made via MobilePay.
The rental fee is DKK 50 for a set of golf clubs, including 3 golf balls for use on the Pay & Play course.

Dogs on the Course
Dogs are not permitted on the golf courses.
However, dogs are welcome in the car park and around the clubhouse.
The Course – Breinholtgård Golf Club, Esbjerg
Our golf course is situated in beautiful natural surroundings, with holes laid out through woodland, open countryside, and along a river valley. Several lakes add extra challenges, especially when combined with the prevailing westerly winds. We are regarded as one of Denmark’s finest golf facilities, featuring 27 scenic and varied holes as well as a challenging 9-hole Par-3 course.
A former farm estate provides the setting for both the golf course and the clubhouse facilities, which are housed in the original farm buildings.
Skoven/Forest Course – Sletten/Plain Course
Golf course architect Jonathan Gaunt, in collaboration with architect Michael Traasdahl Møller, designed the first 18 holes.
Construction began in March 1991, and the course officially opened for play on 8 August 1992.
The Forest Course consists of 9 holes (Par 36), set among pine and deciduous woodland with natural lakes, although a few holes are located in more open areas. Water comes into play on 3 holes.
The Plain Course consists of 9 holes (Par 36), laid out on open, gently rolling terrain. A large number of tree clusters were planted during development, giving the course the appearance of a parkland layout today. Water comes into play on 3 holes.
Ådalen/River Valley Course
Architect Michael Traasdahl Møller designed this 9-hole course.
Construction began in March 1999, and the course opened in September 2000.
The River Valley Course consists of 9 holes (Par 34), laid out on gently undulating terrain alongside Hostrup Stream. It is the shortest of the three courses, but certainly not the least interesting to play. Accuracy is essential, otherwise water hazards or out-of-bounds areas can quickly become a problem.
Three Course Combinations
The 27 holes are played as three different 18-hole course combinations, each with its own character:
Skoven/Forest – Plain (Par 72)
Sletten/Plain – River Valley (Par 70)
Ådalen/River Valley – Forest (Par 70)
When moving from the front nine to the back nine, players must merge into the tee-time schedule.
Tee times: minutes 00, 15, 30, and 45
Merge times: minutes 07, 22, 37, and 52
Tee times can be reserved, but merge times cannot be booked.
